- French vanilla protein shake with shredded coconut and stevia
- Shrimp dipped in low carb cocktail sauce
- Broccoli stuffed baked chicken breast
- Side salad with purple onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheddar and ranch dressing
- Hamburger with lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo and ketchup on an oopsie roll
- Two pancakes with zero carb pancake syrup and two sausage patties
