Day 112

Day 112

- Assorted cheese slices (smoked cheddar, hot pepper and sharp colby)
- Roast beef with mushrooms, onions, swiss and mayo on an oopsie roll
- Jalapeno poppers
- Broccoli, zucchini, roasted red peppers, onions and mushrooms in homemade alfredo sauce with ground beef
- Grilled pork chop with ketchup
- Two hot dogs on oopsies with mustard, reduced sugar ketchup and diced onions

Had end-of-summer bonfire today... complete with s'mores! I know that it looks like I ate too much today, and I surely did... but guess what? I skipped all of the yummy desserts people brought and did not even have a roasted marshmallow. I don't think I've ever turned down a s'more in my life... but If I want to lose s'more weight... I certainly will. In the past, throwing a party or even attending one was DEFINITELY a reason to veer off my plan.


  1. Good on you, Angie! It's not easy to pass up treats like that!

    My wife's recently been doing that. Recently she went to a premiere and there was a "candy bar". No dice. She didn't partake. Yesterday she had lunch with a few colleagues. They ate at an Italian restaurant. Her co-workers commented that it would be nearly impossible to avoid carbs in such a place. She did!

    I hope you pat yourself on the back for treating yourself right and for being true to yourself! Well done! :-)

  2. Wow! That candy bar sounds downright sinful! Gosh, sticking to low-carb in an Italian restaurant takes commitment!
