- Two low carb pancakes with Walden's syrup, two sausage patties and two scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese
- Grilled pork chop with some Mom's crazy cabbage
- Cocoa roasted almonds
- Low carb spaghetti squash casserole
- Steak-um with mayo, swiss, tomato an an oopsie roll
