Day 119 H20 is my friend

Day 119

- Spaghetti squash casserole with an oopsie made into cheesy-garlic bread
- Pancakes with zero carb syrup
- Cheeseburger on an oopsie roll with tomato, onion, mayo and ketchup
- Steak-um oopsie with grilled onions, mayo and swiss
- Two-100 calories packs of cocoa-roasted almonds
- Ten large glasses of water

I'm now tracking how many tall glasses of water I drink, with a goal of at least seven tall glasses per day. After about 5 glasses, I was just craving it. It was like my body was saying, "yes, please, MORE water!"

  1. Listening to your body is very wise, IMO. It may just help the pounds come off quicker too. I wrote about that awhile back - it's not just a myth!

I'll be interested to see how it works out for you. Well, I hope! :-)

  4. Nancy, I have found that I let them cool on the counter for a LONG time... Then, I pair them up into a top and bottom bun and place them in little sandwich baggies... the kind you fold up, not the kind with a zipper. Then, I take the "buns" and place them in a gallon zipper freezer bag. (This is my method for freezing them). Now, if you just want to put them in the refrigerator, I just place them in a big tupperware container and they seem to do okay. Sometimes, my mom likes to put her oopsie bun in the toaster oven when they get a little soggy. Good luck with your oopsies, Nancy!
