DAY 96 Low Carb Menu
- "The 2 x 2" (two pancakes with LC pancake syrup and two sausage patties... with a little more syrup)
- A piece of no bake peanut butter cheesecake with whipped cream
- Parmesan cheese crusted baked chicken breast
- Broccoli mushroom casserole
- Grilled burger with swiss cheese, garden tomatoes, lettuce, onions, mustard, mayo and reduced sugar ketchup on an oopsie roll
- Two slices deluxe American cheese
Exercise:
32 minutes on recumbent bike - I'm rewatching all of the episodes of Sex and the City while I do my bike... and I'm loving it!
