Eight inches baby
- One egg
- Small piece of pork tenderloin with a few mushrooms
- Four eggs with half a head of lettuce, mustard and Walden's bacon ranch
- Four pieces of spinach bread with Walden Farms pb & j
11 days out from Plastics and I'm still ouchie but progressing quite well, I think. Sleeping proves to be the hardest part. I was on my hands and knees cleaning my own bathroom today, though, so it's not like I'm letting any grass grow underneath me.
My surgeon said that the bulk was not impressive as far as what he cut off as much as the length, top-to-bottom-wise, as far as my tummy goes. I think it was about eight inches that he showed me with his hands, but it could have been as much as ten.
My dad stayed the first three nights / four days with me and was really my knight in shining armor throughout this process. We also bonded. With boyfriend having his orientation that same week, it just worked out perfectly that he was here to help me. Winning all round!

The other day, I ate quite a bit of celery with low carb peanut butter, which was a lil scary with my Crohn's, but it was actually pretty good, even though I'm not on steroids.
Three days off the pred and the energy is low, the mood swings are high, irritability is high, but I'm not going back and I'm happy for it.

The good thing about being SUPER hungry when I was taking the prednisone is that the opposite is true. Now that I'm down to 10mg (from 40mg), I'm not that hungry at all. Oh, how crazy the body works.
Since the pred is a corticorsteroid, which is a stress hormone, it makes sense to me that when the body produces a bunch of it naturally, it would cause the appetite to kick in.
Went to a new chiro yesterday who is actually in the same office as my plastic surgeon. I did not even realize that when I booked her. I chose her based on her picture, reviews, distance from my house and most importantly, whether or not she accepts my insurance. She seemed excited about my case, since I have a C-Curve and I've really only had it for a few years, which I never thought about before. See, since my knee surgery which corrected the angle on my knee, my leg length difference went from a full inch to 3/8 of an inch, which kind of pushed up that side of my back in a weird way, causing some significant back pain. "Scolio servey" today, which is a bunch of xrays. One of the awesome things about me having spent five nights in the hospital this past six weeks is that my deductible has been met as well as "maximum out of pocket" is done, too. A good time to find specialists to be on my team, for sure.
I can tell she is going to be a good fit and she sure did beat my back up yesterday!! She warned me that I would be sore and boy, am I! She also is going to have exercises for me to do, which I'm all about doing. I'm a kind of "heal myself" kind of gal.
Finished up summer school yesterday!! A&P done. I am almost sure that I will have a 4.0 in that class, which is cool...
Now, this week, just gonna try to get a bunch of work done and get my bedroom and office into one room (the master) so that boyfriend can have his OWN room and PLENTY of space when he gets here.
T minus six days 'til fiance number two and I will be re-united!

My GI doc said that my CD is highly treatable!!! He wants to start me on Remicade asap. He agreed to let me have my plastic surgery done first and thinks it's good to get that out of the way before beginning my infusion. Yayyy.
All is good.
August 23rd... abdominoplasty and arm lift. It was going to be on August 1st, but I cancelled it per the recommendation of a GI doc at the hospital who warned against doing it whilst on the prednisone. The prednisone will be done on August 12...
Flying down to Arkansas on August 8th to meet with the boyfriend, meet his mom and driving him up here with a carload of his belongings to have us begin our life together.
Exciting and thrillingly scary stuff.
*Schedules appointment with therapist.* (may as well - my yearly deductible has been met :P)

Did not wake up with a night sweat even once!!!! I need to start tracking this more often... Since night sweats seem to correlate with "active Crohn's" (or a flare up), this has to be a good thing. Also, it adds to a better night's sleep... and a more restful beauty sleep.
Weaning off the prednisone! Went from 25 down to 20mg.... and 5 less each week. Last night, I had heart palpitations and not that much energy, but a quick google search made me glad to know that there was, at least, a reason for the issue.

More night time eating..... I went crazy because I made a STUPID mistake on a credit/no credit quiz for my college class. I neglected to fill in all of the boxes!!'
These quizzes are supposed to be "gimmie" points because you can literally print out the questions beforehand.
Luckily, my prof knows I try hard and I think he likes me. I'm the kind of girl who you either love or find really annoying. When I was in the hospital, he told me not to worry about the Test, the he could just not factor it into my grade, but not only did I show up, I got the highest score in the whole class.
I pray my professor will give me the benefit of the doubt. It really just takes my grade from a High-A to a Mid-B (from a 94 to an 86), but to go down like this would be a shame.

Night time eating........... I feel like the steroids, the finding out about the autoimmune disease, the medical bills, the low energy have been taking their toll on me. Since my hemoglobin is still low, I'm kind of struggling with the energy thing. Iron infusions to come in the near future.
I was able to drop from 40 mg to 25 mg of the prednisone, which is good... After two weeks, I will taper down 5 mg/week, which is good.
I didn't really do anything for my birthday because I was just out of the hospital the day before.... I'm more of a home body than a big birthday party girl, anyway.
But my dog and I definitely cuddled hard in honor of Mommy being home.

Uncle Cranky Pants has been living in my basement: My autoimmune fate?
It's late Wednesday night and I'm typing this from a hospital bed. This place literally saved my life.
Where to begin? Monday was a liquid diet day, Day-Before-Colonoscopy style. Monday morning, I called my primary doctor really early after about four hours of sleep. She got me in for an appointment right away. My hemoglobin was way low from losing so much blood mid-month. I was hoping for a referral to the hospital infusion center for a blood transfusion center. "Blood transfusion" ran through my mind all weekend long.
She got me in. The Thursday before, my hemoglobin was 8.4, which did not qualify me for a transfusion. I mentioned an iron infusion and she told one of her CMAs to get the info for a referral for me.
I got to school around noon-twenty, which was late for my noon class... I felt like I really had to go #2, so I hit up the bathroom. SOOO much blood. I stood up, felt shaky-cold again and went back to my car. I was confused and called my brother. I told him he might have to take me to the ER and that I was going home.
"Why are you going HOME?" he blurted out and told me to go straight to the ER.
Less than 15 minutes of fast-but-safe city driving, I pulled into the ER parking lot. I felt so weak. Even though I had a fantastic parking spot, I could not make it to the door. I flagged down a nice blonde lady with a white jacket on (a resident, perhaps?) and asked her to help me. She thought I needed directions, but I really was going to faint. She helped me to a bench and brought me out a wheelchair. She promptly put me in it and wheeled me into the ER. She even told them that I was suffering from a GI bleed and was about to faint.
They took her seriously and expedited me right to the front of the line of the ER! They threw me up on a trauma table and within moments, I had an IV in each arm and getting the full treatment.
They tested my hemoglobin and I don't even remember what it was, but my heart was racing through the roof and I was very weak and dizzy. After a couple of hours, I was well-hydrated and up on the bed, feeling okay-ish. I had my colonoscopy the next morning. I was *almost* cleared to go home when a resident doctor insisted that I take a long walk before I be discharged.
The long walk only lasted a trip to the bathroom where I proceeded to lose lots more blood in the toilet. Up on a stretcher I went and back on the Trauma Table in the ER. I looked around at the cabinets and I literally saw one labeled "Brains and Burns." It looked about a third of the way stocked. I knew I was in a place that did not fuck around.
They (thankfully) decided to babysit me for the remainder of the night. I was put on the same floor as last time - thirteen days ago, thirty doors down.
When I arrived, my brother was there with my sis and her hubby, which made it okay. They seemed freaked out that I could literally not even stand. I asked them to leave the room so that I could use the commode. More blood.
I started my colon prep (first round of the colon cleansing laxative powder plus Propel) at around 9pm.
About three hours later, I went to the commode with two ladies to assist me. I told them that I felt light headed.... and then I kind of "came to" with about thirty pairs of eyes staring at me, scared for my life. I just looked around, dazed. I had puked on myself and they were scared for my life.
They took off my clothes and got me back up in bed.
At this point, they told me that the last hemoglobin check that I got put me at a 5.1, but that I was obviously way lower, based on all of the blood in the commode.
They pumped me full of three transfusions.... THREE blood transfusions. Thank you to those wonderful blood donors out there who literally save lives. Seeing that red blood in the hanging bag gave me so much hope.
My heart was racing and I got dizzy even lifting my head off the pillow. Like, I drank too much and the room is spinny dizzy. I felt like I was not even in my body. The lights were on, but nobody was home. I felt like I was in the attic of my body, with a little candle going when it should have been lit up like a Super Walmart in a small town on a clear night in October.
I called my dad, kind of told him what happened and he came right up. He was planning on driving up the next morning to drive me in for my colonoscopy anyway.
The hour between 11pm and midnight just went by so slowly, with me drifting in and out of consciousness, my candle flickering. Once Dad arrived, I felt like I could crawl into the back seat, take a nap and let him drive.
A GI doc came in and they almost wanted to do an emergency type early scope on me, but I just did not have enough blood.
About halfway through the second bag of blood, the head nurse (former military, no bullshit type of blonde with a feminine streak), told me that I scared her. That she was afraid they were going to lose me.
I woke up cranky with a massive headache. I was transported over to get my procedure. As luck would have it (and, in my personal opinion, LOTS of help from my Overtime Working Guardian Angel), my GI surgeon (who worked on me last time with the endoscopy and was going to do my colonoscopy in a different location), came over to the hospital to do it!!! What a freaking HERO!
The procedure double the time that he had allotted. He told me that he repaired a pretty massive leaky ulcer (that I think is the culprit of stealing all of my hemo-reserves). He suspects that I have Crohn's Disease. He put me on an IV steroid to get the inflammation under control.
My nurse gave me a couple packs of Lorna Doone cookies as my snack for being done with the colonoscopy, which kind of felt like a dog getting a reward for sitting, but I was pretty out of it. As soon as she heard that I must maintain my Clear Liquid Diet, she swiped them off my tray table and gave them to my dad, which seemed cute. I was not going to eat them anyway.
My surgeon seemed apologetic when he told me about my ouchie, ulcer-y digestive tract, which I found endearing and scary. Surgeons are usually All Business when it comes to telling you what they found. The guy who told me about my mom's melanoma reported it to me with the same level of regret as a mechanic, telling you that it's not just the battery, but it's the alternator as well...
This was yesterday morning. Clear liquids all day, just trying to wrap my mind around it. Today, started some foods.
I wanted to go home today (obviously), but they wanted me to have some non-bloody number twos and see if the oral steriods would be a good match against my Alleged Autoimmune disease (which I might call Uncle Cranky Pants). They also want to make sure that I am okay at eating.
If all goes well, I may go home tomorrow.
I mean, I think I deserve to because my birthday is the day after that.
The eats, right?

Wednesday:

-Four strips of bacon, ham, shredded cheese, three hard boiled eggs and blue cheese dressing
I'm on a low fiber diet now.... Not sure how long. Not sure about anything these past couple weeks.

Still trying to re-gain my strength. I want to get this colonoscopy scheduled asap!! I feel dizzy when I bend over and stand up and my energy is very low.
The hospital said to get it done "in the next few weeks," but for crying out loud, I am scared of a recurrence of the fainting, ambulance trip, all that.
My hemoglobin is 7.3, which is what it was when I was admitted into the hospital in the first place.
To get on with it, I called the doctor who did my endoscopy, who is also supposed to do my colonoscopy. The receptionist said that she did not see any upcoming tests for me and sent me to the doc's nurse -- which ultimately led me to her voicemail. She did not call back.
I'm tempted to just go in to his office tomorrow (it's 8 mins from here) and explain to them the situation - to get an appointment.
It's more difficult to shufty somebody away when they are in your office.
To leave on a high note, I got an A on my lab practical today!!! It was entirely anatomy-based. My professor gave me clearance to skip the exam (without it effecting my grade), but I was already studied up, so I wanted to take it. He even told me that I got the highest grade in the class! All that studying while in the hospital paid off.
Besides, with whatever is going on with me, I may want to save my "Get out of Jail Free" card, if you will.
Drove to my mom's and got my baby back (my pretty dog, Daisy). Just tryin' to take good care of myself.

Out of hospital
Breakfast in hosp ~
- 3 slices bacon
- Salad with romaine, bleu cheese, ham, hard boiled egg and cheese
Then I was released!! Yay!
- Six eggs, fried in butter
- 1/3 of a head of lettuce
- Strawberry atkins shake
They are not sure what caused the lower GI bleed, so I'm going in for a colonoscopy in the near future.
So, now I have to figure out why my thyroid numbers were wonky and where on earth all the blood was coming from.
Scary, scary, scary, but I sure am glad to be home!
My family is the best. My brother took care of my dog, brought me my books (to study -- big tests this next week!)... Then, my dad and stepmom came in to visit me... And my brother was really the big hero. He brought me back home and he was just generally awesome.
He took care of watering my plants, re-hanging the shower curtain that I clung onto when I fainted, putting the wet towels in the dryer, emptying my coffee pot and stuff like that.
My mom took my dog and she is going to have her for a little while, until I regain my strength.
I really don't know what I would do w/o my family!

Ambulance ride
- Vanilla Atkins shake
- Four orange jellos and two cherry jellos
- Some chicken broth
After waking up yesterday morning to severe clamminess, cold sweats, racing heart, I dediced to go to the ER. In the shower, I actually fainted, falling out of the shower and hit my tailbone pretty good. What a nightmare! At that point, I decided to call the ambulance and just get to the ER.
I had lost a LOT of blood from my lower GI tract, which caused my hemoglobin to go down to a frightening 7.3.
I took had an endoscopy today and am waiting on some biopsies. If all goes well, I will be out of the hospital tomorrow!!! Fingers crossed.
I have stuff to do, darn it. Talk about scary, though.... I was totally fine one moment, then boom.... unable to stand without fainting. Once I was in the ER, they tried to get me to stand up and monitor my blood pressure whilst standing.... After thirty seconds, I was soooo woozy that I sat down and fainted again....
A blood transfusion helped me feel better, but I lost more blood and my hemoglobin went right back to 7.3.
I am hoping that I don't lose more blood tonight and I can go home tomorrow with plans for an outpatient colonoscopy in the near future. Fingers crossed!

I only purchased one bottle of LC ketchup, no mayo -- just to kind of see how I would do on it.... When it's not in the house, I cannot eat it!

Let me take your blood!
- 13 eggs, fried in butter
- A head -o- lettuce
- mustard
- 3.5 oz sunflower seeds
Weigh in: 165.2 (yay)
I don't know if I mentioned this, but I'm back in school. I do have my Bachelor's degree, but I'm going for an RN this time.
I'm currently seeking volunteers for the phlebotomy portion of the course. *Evil smile*
I almost feel bad for writing this... Like... I'm losing weight and still complaining? Things still have not been perfect for me.
When I was feeling really disgusted, alone, abandoned last night... What did I do? I ate so much that I was uncomfortably full. Sure, I made a "good choice," but it still sucks.
I need to have a go-to plan in place for when I am feeling like binging to numb the pain. UGH.
Note to self: Make appointment for therapist.

Forgiveness
- One egg
- Three eggs with half a head of lettuce
I think I was still full from the night before, to be honest.
For exercise (and fun), I took my dog for a stroll through the park... the one with waterfalls and bridges... and it lasted over half an hour -- just a little.
I think losing weight is about forgiveness.
Forgiving yourself for past sins and embracing the present... making one good choice after good choice and loving yourself enough to know that you deserve to eat good-for-you things...
When I was really big (over 300 lbs), I was just like "Well, fuck it... I'm fat anyway.." and I would hit the nearest dollar menu.
Yesterday, after my binge, I was like... not wanting to eat... feeling disgusting... but I forced myself to make a good choice... I didn't even feel worthy for food -- which would have lead to super hunger that always lessens rational thought.
Feeding yourself is loving yourself (or, in my case, hating myself and trying to shove it down with food, which was not good in the long-term or even really in the short-term)....
Just some thoughts... Working to figure it all out...

Low carb menu
- Nine eggs
- Almost an entire sausage quiche (I added two extra eggs to the recipe, also)
- Half a head of lettuce
Ugh, I woke up and did like two super binges in the night.... cold quiche. It's so... disheartening. It was not even good cold, whereas heated up, it's amazing.
Will eating ever be normal for me? Probably not.
Oh, well... I'm ashamed of myself, but it is what it is.

Egg fasting due to sheer luck
- One egg
- Four eggs
- Four eggs with iceberg lettuce (not exactly sure how much lettuce as it was prepared and eaten in the middle of my night's sleep)
Fried in butter (obv!)
I think that part of the reason I have been eating so many eggs is 'cuz that's basically all I have in the house... I mean, other than a bunch of frozen meat, but that is not exactly "on the ready."
Love,
A

Seemingly still eggfesting
- One egg
- Two eggs
- Two eggs
- Two eggs
- Quite a bit of mustard
- Four eggs
All fried in butter......
(The last four eggs were made in the middle of the night, which is not ideal, but it beats eating 20 servings of condiments... oh, my life! .)
Planked for 2:50...
Wow... Doesn't my menu just seem boring? You know what is funny? I seriously do not get bored with my menu. I like knowing what to expect. I think that some people would get bored with it and prefer adventure and to change things up a bit, but I do like eggs.

- 3/4 head of lettuce
- 3.5 oz bag of pork rinds
- 3/4 bottle of bacon ranch dressing

Middle of the night eating.........
I do better just cutting it out altogether. I eat mindlessly, in front of the fridge, door open... ear plugs sometimes in.... In desperation mode... in screwingmyselfover mode....
I'm done with the self sabotage that happens in the night. It's not a restful night's sleep. It's no way to live and a fast way to die. It throws me so out of whack that I wake up with sweaty pajamas, feeling sick, a mess in the kitchen...
Just saying "no" to late night eating is going to be easier than just doing it here and there. Moderation is not my friend... For me, abstinence is >.
Weighed in at 186, which is nine pounds up in a day. :/

Low carb menu whilst on Vacay, Day Three
- Half of a super-fatty, extra yummy prime rib (mouth watering typing this)

California Day Two: San Diego, Point Loma and Orange Count
- Hard boiled egg with 2 oz cream cheese
- Some salted butter
- Sauteed mushrooms
- Top sirloin steak with blue cheese on top
- A few bites of prime rib
- One strawberry
Spent the first part of our day exploring San Diego! It was cold and rainy, so we hit Rite Aid for a big ol' umbrella and hit the coast. First, we went to Point Loma, which is just the coast of San Diego, which is waaaay south. I freaked out because my little flip phone Welcomed me to Mexico (and notified me that calls would be $1.79 per minute.) We hit the Cabrillo National Monument. We were so close to the border that we were even pulling Spanish radio stations.
We found a great walk-out beach area where we found an awesome view of the Pacific Ocean, so we trudged around the beach. I mostly held the umbrella and tried not to slip down the slippery rocks. It was behind the National Monument, which is a pay-to-enter excursion, which limited the amount of folks on the beach. The cold, rainy weather also limited beach access to basically "just the crazies."
You definitely have this feeling that you drive and you fly and you walk and you're finally "here." You go west and west and west and then... you have finally arrived. How many have come out west with a one-way ticket and a dream?
Then, we drove around to Coronodo Island. We found a little pull-off and viewed the beach. There were kids and dogs and it looked like the perfect place to build a sand palace - weather permitting.
We did a fly-by-night drive through Balboa park and the San Diego zoo parking lot.
Next, we checked into Laguna Hills Lodge where we quickly loaded in and got dolled up for dinner at the Orange Hill Restaurant, which was positively swanky and totally LA. The view... The view. It sits atop a huuuge hill and overlooks LA, Disneyland and surrounding cities. At about 9:30pm, we even saw the the fireworks above Disney, which actually was appeared to be the cutest little firework show above a little doll house.
We gazed into each other's eyes and laughed about the last eleven-plus years of knowing each other while we got all starry-eyed at the amazing view. All in all, a wonderful dinner. The valet even took cones down and let boyfriend snap some photos.
My ex gf lives here, which is kind of odd..... It just doesn't feel like her, but I don't suppose that anything would to me. We were together so long that we were barely recognizable to each other anymore -- or to ourselves.

The ring, day one of our trip
Made it to San Diego!!! Today was mostly a driving day. Ken came home from work at about 10am and we were gone by noon. I drove to San Diego... He slept just a little bit.... It's so cool here... Then, once we got here, we went down the to the pool at 9:20pm...
Since this is a log of what I consume.... I suppose I must include what I ate last night--
Today, just an
one egg fried in butter and lots of diet soda, a little water and low carb energy drinks...
Yesterday, I ate:
- One egg
- Two eggs
- Four eggs
- 4 oz can of albacore tuna mixed with lotsa mayo (sweetened, too, so it is reminiscent of Miracle Whip)
- More Mayo
Having fun on the way! |
Coffee in the pool... Vacay has BEGUN! (Complimentary coffee just tastes better) |

SO egg-cited for Cali!
- One egg
- Five egg flax pancakes creation
- Two eggs
- Five eggs with too much mayo
Leaving for California tomorrow!!! I'm making ice as we speak... (or the freezer is)....
So much to do....
I won't be back here 'til I visit next time... which means I will have to have ALL my stuff packed and ready to go. I have this little luggage scale that has proven to be helpful. It was like nine bucks off amazon and I really push that fifty pound limit to the max.
Trying to make the trip more about the adventures and less about the food. And life for that matter! I want to get teeny tiny before I get my skin all hacked off. *sigh*
TEN DAYS IN CALIFORNIA omg omg omg! I have the best boyfriend ever. He literally planned every inch of the trip. I think he missed his calling as a travel agent.

I ate this exact menu two days in a row:
- One egg
- Big batch of pancakes consisting of five eggs, almost 1/2 cup flax meal, cinnamon, water, canola oil, sweetener... fried in canola oil and topped with salted butter
- Lots of mustard
Yesterday, I weighed in at 188 and today, it was 184.8... yay!
Went to the Grand Canyon yesterday... so amazing... along with the movie called Allegiant, which I enjoyed. I love that lead actress! She will always be my Hazel Grace.

- A bottle of lc ketchup
- Lot of ranch dressing
- A little mustard

Condiments are not meant to be a meal
- One egg
- A squirt bottle of mayo
- Lots of bacon ranch
- Mustard
I need to quit treating condiments like a meal. No more squirting in my hand and licking them off.

Low carb menu, one pound at a time
- One egg
- 1/3 of a container of Parmesan cheese
Weighed in at 192 today, which is a pound down. At first, I remembered back in October when I was about 172 here... and then I got upset...BUT I'm currently about eight lbs down from 200, so it's all just a process.... a winding road.... and I'm lucky to have a great boyfriend who puts up with all of my issues with eating. Sometimes, I get jealous that others can just seemingly eat what they want.... but I misused food... got too fat.... totally wrecked my metabolism....
I'm so happy with Tall Boy. He is super amazing and we have so much in common.
It was after I was in the shower and after I had a bunch of coffee, soda and Crystal Light).
Exciting news to come. :) Promise.

How I'm going to stop screwing myself over at night and my honey
- One egg
- Three eggs
- Four eggs
- Four eggs
- A whole bottle of bacon ranch dressing
- Half a bottle of lc ketchup
I wake up in the night and fuck myself over by eating condiments like they are a meal. It's gross. The middle of the night eating has been going on for over a year now... way more nights than not. I think it started out in the throes of my anorexia (when I was refeeding) and it just keeps rearing its ugly head.
I know that the being honest thing on here is gonna help me. Also, I'm going to make a calendar to keep me accountable.
I'm gonna be with my honey for 21 whole days! Excited! Flying from Detroit to Phoenix tomorrow... Then, we are going to be at his place until April 6. April 6-16 is California!!! We are going up the coast. Yes, I will be updating you all, of course.
Love,
Angela

Low carb menu and the Stay Puff Angela
Grand totals:
- Five eggs
- 3.5 jalapeno cheese smoked sausages
- SF syrup
I've been so bloated lately. Like, super bloated. I'm actually really worried about it, but with me leaving in about 36 hours to go out west, I'm kind of just leaving it on the back burner. I was SUPER bloated after being on my feet for multiple hours (basically all day) so I wore some compression socks, which did help my legs, but then my eyes are retaining so much water in my eyelids.
I know that being on my feet does not help, but I have had this issue for many months now.
Of course, googling these things is never a good idea. I do have a doc appointment scheduled after I return home mid-April, so we will see what he says.

Logging again!
- One egg, fried in butter
- Pancakes made with four eggs, 1/3 cup of flax meal, cinnamon, ez sweetz, canola oil and water... fried in butter
- A whole bottle of walden's sugar free syrup (yes. really).
- Two sausage patties (the kind from Walmart that you can just nuke)
So... sooo much has happened. I've stayed low carb the whole time... yay! Weight-wise... I got way too skinny, lost my period, lost a bunch of hair... then I got too fat. Now I'm right at about 200 lbs and want to lose some weight before I get my skin surgery (!) Waiting to hear back from Blue Care Network to see if they will cover the abdominoplasty. They should b/c I meet the criteria of having lost 100 lbs.
Went through a break up... back with my ex... who I will call Tall Boy, I think.
Oct... I missed you, too!
Going out west on Friday! Flying to AZ... then to California. Three weeks total.
